Our VBS coordinator, Karen Wiggins, blesses the children and young families of our community with her leadership and ability to break open a biblical theme in fun, engaging ways. The parish as a whole is committed to and proud of this ministry.

Vacation Bible School 2018

VBS 2018 was held July 9-13 and was a huge success, with over 30 children and 20 volunteers!

 

Thank you! to each child who participated in our VBS this year! We had such fun welcoming you to the Fun Factory, teaching Bible stories about how God created you, is For you, is With you, will always love you, and created you for a purpose! Wow God!

 

We raised awareness of, and funds for clean drinking water in Tanzania and supported the Lanark Food Cupboard's "Christmas in July" food drive! You had a full week, not the least of which included special visits from Lanark Food Cupboard's Karen Nakamura, and I-An ViK-tORE who shared his inventions with us!

Thank you to our volunteers, both adult and youth leaders, for planning and coordinating the week, transforming our church into a Fun Factory, and meeting each child with enthusiasm, compassion, and interest!
